Hello, I recently got back some tapes (Sony 60prr) from some fellas who are shooting a documentary for us in India. They shot the tapes on a Canon HV20 camera in HDV. When we tried to play the tapes back in a variety of decks (M35U, M15U, also the original camera) we had problems. We could only see an image when the tape is fast forwarded and rewound but not at normal speed. Does anyone have suggestions as to where we can send these tapes to get the data recovered? We unfortunately have about ten tapes with this problem. We are getting pretty desperate. Thanx,
