That’s a 9.3Mbps 1280x720 30p file that they uploaded. The best way to determine the quality is always by the highest setting meaning you should check the camcorder’s 1920x1080 60i/30 modes and the 1280x720 60p mode.
I should have said that yesterday anyway.
