Another Sub$1000 option. MJPEG compression. Looks almost like an Elphel copy.

It's the Bosch NWC-0800 ethernet IP camera. Selectable frame size and fps. MJPEG compression with 21 quality levels. About $850 depending on the place you buy. Claims to record full 1920x1080 at 22fps. If frame size can be adjusted to 1920x800 or 2048x858 maybe 24fps are possible. Looks like it has the same chip as the Elphel 333 (Micron MT9T001).

I'm attaching the flyer.

Of course it cannot be used for serious productions and heavy post processing, but maybe for low budget films and stuff...
