I'm directing a short crime drama/thriller. For the film we're looking for two locations, a small home or apartment and a abandoned building. Both would need to have power provided to them. I'd also like to find the locations near either Roxboro, Durham or Raleigh. I am working with Eno River Media Productions which is a federally recognized 501C3 non-profit company. There are some abandoned buildings in Durham in the area near the prison.

In Hillsborough, there is a disused Wal-Mart that has been sitting empty for a few years. Not abandoned as such but looks that way.

For a small home, I have a property in Raleigh sitting empty but furnished.

Let us know a bit more about what you want for the abandoned building. Are you looking for something small like an old tobacco barn or something large like a factory?

What I'm looking for is just a simple furnished home with power of course. The other "abandoned" building I need is something that would resemble a crack house but with that I know power is an issue.
