I currently dont have access to international phone calls. Do you have an email address I could send the Amex information to? If so, could you send me that email address via the emailing option on the forum or just post it here. Also is there a possible security risk with the Amex details being sent this way?

You shouldn't send creditcard info over e-mail. Be very careful over the Internet and if you should send the site should be SSL-certified. Otherwise it's easy to listen in and steal your cardnumber.

If you have Internet you can use Skype or InternetCalls to make international telephonecalls if your phone is prohibited to dial outside your country. I think that is probably safer than sending it over Internet.

I believe the Mike Seymour from FXguide would be the first aussie to get his RED reservation.

Hi Fredrik, My question was actully directed at the security of RED's email servers not the internet proper, I am fully aware of the the risks of credit card info sent via the internet, However thankyou for your input.

What suburb are you from Ash. Maybe you can narrow it down that way. You might be the first one in Chatswood for instance.

Nice one! I'm currently based on the edge of Sydney CBD overlooking Sydney Harbour. You were fairly close on the mark though Chris, I spent most of my early childhood one suburb over from Chatswood.

You should see when they play an 'Oils song in a dodgy club at about 3am on a Saturday night. The Peter Garrett impersonators flood the dancefloor. A good mate of mine is very good at the whole thing and it never ceases to amuse me!

Hmm I don't know the band, I think I'm probably to young hehe... Well Chris if your ever coming to Sydney drop me an email, It would be nice to put a name to a face, I have contacts that can organise tours of most Sydney TV stations and big production outlets fairly easily. Or I might even be attending NAB 200* in the next few years, who knows funnier things have happened. :-)

But yes, my topic needs to swing back onboard towards my future RED baby, oh yeah! ;-)

I saw the 'Oils at the Charles at Chatswood (a pub) playing live in their early days... so that's the reference no doubt.

Damn! if anybody on this board knows how old the Oils are... what a give away.
