Can't export video CS3 on Mac
I am trying to export some clips from a short film to work on in AE. Every time I export as an Animation MOV the only thing showing up in the video is a scrambled upside down blue frame every second or so. I tried h.264 and it just exports a green frame for the whole thing. What is going on??

i just tried selecting 'de-interlace footage' in the export settings and it worked...but why doesn't 'no fields (progressive scan)' work? The footage is all 24f
