Can't export video CS3 on Mac

I am trying to export some clips from a short film to work on in AE. Every time I export as an Animation MOV the only thing showing up in the video is a scrambled upside down blue frame every second or so. I tried h.264 and it just exports a green frame for the whole thing. What is going on??

1440x1080 24 frames 1.33 PAR
Premiere CS3 3.2
Quicktime 6.5.4
M2T files

Intel Mac 3 gigs of RAM

I can export titles without a problem...and used to export anything I wanted fine. Now no video will export

i just tried selecting 'de-interlace footage' in the export settings and it worked...but why doesn't 'no fields (progressive scan)' work? The footage is all 24f
