EX1 and Premiere Pro, rewrap to mxf or not ?

Hi, i'm a vegas user and EX1 user.
This weekend i'm on a shoot where i have to hand my EX1 footage straight to the client on his portable hard-drive.
Question, do i need to rewrap to mxf for premiere pro, which is what he'll edit on ?

Yuu should be able to copy the BPAV folder straight from the SxS card and then he can import that folder into PPro. Just make sure he's using CS3 with the 3.2 update. No rewraping needed. PPro edits EX1 footage natively.
