Motion tracking plugin?

I asked this in the Digital Compositing thread but got no response: are there any plugins that provide for motion tracking within Premiere Pro CS3?

Thanks.

I don`t think there is.

May I ask what would you do with the tracking data in Premiere? It`s not exactly a compositing app.

I sometimes do greenscreening directly in Premiere, and it would be handy to have the greenscreen layer track the background.

Boris Continuun actually has a Matchmove plugin included in its Premiere package, but amusingly when you apply it a message pops up saying something along the lines of "Sorry - we havent got tracking working in CS3 yet"!

You could try Matchmover Pro, This thread shows the results of a HV20 matchmove:

I second that... If you don't want to render intermediate steps, you can try Dynamic Link. It works at times :)
