best workflow for 1080/25p hdv project?
I have shot a short with the Sony V1E in 1080/25p.
However Media Composer can capture it only as a 1080/50i project. Now that i dig into older posts here such as http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/search.php?searchid=2115590 I see that the Sony progressive hdv format is not supported by Avid. Is this still true or a current update will work? Since my editor will be using Media Composer 2.5.3 what are my Best options to keep the footage progressive? Thanks in advance. Stelios |
