NEO 4K - Preview Video Blank at 10 bit

Using Neo 4K, the video in the Preview Window is blank (color grey) when video format is set to 1080i @ 59.94/60; 10-bit. Al though, when changing to video format to 8 bit the picture is shown. The reference monitor attached to the AJA card shows the video either format. Only the Preview Window is a problem. Video is connected analog.

Any thoughts?

Submit a trouble ticket (CineForm Support) so QA can test that.
