Got an email a few days ago as part of the mailing list, thought I should pass along a note that the first version of VooCAT has been released. Originally the Voodoo Camera Tracker by digilab at the University of Hannover, it's been turned into a commercial product.

While perhaps limited compared to some other solutions, it is quite reasonably priced, and seems functional enough. A demo is available, and you can try your hand at the tracking procedure, albeit without export options.

If you feel restricted by the capabilities of this version, however, keep in mind that VooCAT Studio is apparently on the way, with more professional-oriented options.
