Changes to original imported Premiere file - will I lose my AE work?

Hi,

I recently produced an edit in Premiere and loaded this into After Effects. I used after effects to provide some motion to still imagery and give it a colour grade.

I now need to make some changes to the original edit in Premiere. Does anyone know if I can load these edit changes back into AE and keep the work done in AE or will I have to redo this part? Seeing as I spent ages adding 'Ken Burns' style zooms to about 20 images I don't really ant to lose all this work.

Be great to hear anyone's ideas on this.

Thanks
