Microsoft Intellmouse Software and AECS3

Ever since I started learning AE over the last six months I've been dealing with an annoying problem where the entire AE interface shifts down and to the left about 5 pixels at random. If I'm accessing a menu everything get messed up. I was under the impression this was a NVidea 8800 problem but today I uninstalled my Microsoft Intellimouse software and have not had a single screen shift for the last three hours.

Yes, This is a known issue.

Microsoft mice (specifically using Intelimouse or intelitype software) cause a problem with Adobe software. It seems to be a display driver problem but is not. Its the mouse software. Unistall Intelimouse or Intelitype and use the mouse with no software and you will be good. I had this problem for months before i realized this.
