Message post time problems?

Chris,

I've noticed a problem today that I haven't experienced before. Although my forum clock (at the bottom of each forum paghe) is correct, I'm seeing posts from the future! That is, although you made a post in the thread below this at 12:38pm local time (UK), it shows as 5:38pm!

My first thoughts were that it was my user settings, but (a) I checked these and they're correct and (b) the forum is showing the correct time for me at the botto of the page.

The forum still shows read/unread posts correctly, so it's not as if it's unusuable for me. I just thought I'd let you know.

And my post is showing as 6:12pm, yet the forum shows 1:12pm! It's almost as if it's adding the 5 hour difference from EST twice.

Edit: I just logged out, deleted cookies and logged in again. I've attached a screenshot of my time settings, to show they're correct. If was previously on London (GMT+0) and enabled Daylight saving I get the same problem.

Same problem in Firefox. I normally use IE7, Windows XP SP3.

Yeah, this is just our way of making your day more interesting.

Expect some return to normalcy (whatever that is) soon (whenever that is).

I don't think I'd know normality if it smacked me between the eyes.

Thanks, Future-Chris!
