Cached web sites

A handful of my web sites are hosted through Hostmonster, and last night they lost all my data for the last two weeks (how often they backup). I've lost 60-80 hours worth of work because I've edited directly in the FTP. The only hope I have of recovering these pages are from the cache, and Google's cache tool doesn't have it.

Is there a way to see my web cache from yesterday?

An easy way to see (in Internet Explorer) is to click File > Work Offline, then disconnect your network cable. Press CTRL-H (history) and find your site. Click any of the pages and if it's cached, it will come up. I'm afraid if you've tried to visit the site today, your cache would be overwritten.

I have the HTML and images from your home page cached as recent as last Tuesday if that helps.

I just emailed what I have in my cache. I never visited the other site you posted, so there would be nothing in my cache.

You can also try the Wayback Machine at www.archive.org.

I didn't even know this existed, I found some of my websites (only text) from 2006! There is nothing you can hide once it has been published on the net it seems.
