Multiple audio tracks in DVD Studio 4.

I have tried my best to gather what I can from the help files in DVD Studio 4, and from what I HAVE been able to gather, is I need a script to be able to have a menu that enables the viewer to select an alternate audio track (e.g. another language, commentary, etc).

But it is very, very confusing. Is there is a simple way to do this?
Has anyone done it before, and would they be willing to share their script so I can use it without learning how to re-invent the wheel?

Thanks in advance.

Busy forum.

Google didn't help either. Found a few tutorials, but nothing that made sense, and nothing along the lines of what I needed.
