BD workflow recommendations with CS3 (PC)

Now that I've gotten most of the bugs out of my CS3 system (no small task that), I'm planning some HD/BD projects for some clients and a friend's wedding.

I've done hundreds of SD DVDs and I've settled on a workflow that outputs the final project as a DV file. Then import that to Encore for transcoding. I know that I lose some resolution through the intermediate DV master, but using PP's File>Export>To Encore using AME results in DVD files that waste between 20-25% of the available space resulting in a more highly compressed DVD video file.

What works best for you? Have you gotten Dynamic Link to work from PP and if so how?

All thought are appreciated.
