Can you allocate OMF's to a bin ??

Hey Guys,
I'm working with the DR-HD100, has anyone been able to mark OMF's on the fly and then allocate to a bin? I rename the bins on the drive to try and help workflow, but the recorder creates a new bin for the OMF's. This is a problem as we shoot multible stories on the same day. Its a painfull process when it comes to downloading daily rushes into the various avid projects. Is it not possible to organise OMF files into bins or am I doing something wrong?

Also anyone using AVID express pro or media composser... Can you get your clips to link to your projects without consolodating and deleting original media. If i dont consolodate the clips back into my project MDV avid will not see all three clips. Oh so time consuming when trying to move media.

Cheers to anybody that will help me out here..
