Problem with HD-100

Have a fairly new HD-100, got it about a month ago, and it been working great...until tonight. Shot a training last Friday, tonight finally got a chance to copy the footage to the system. Powered down computer and hooked up the drive. power up and everything's fine. go to DD mode and hit enable. after a few seconds, it reboots.

any suggestions??

Thanks to the quick response from Focus tech support. a simple system reset corrected the problem
