HD Camera Choices, CMOS-CCD and other issues

I'm looking to move into HD. I've done some tests w the FX1 and the HVX200 and am also thinking about Z1 Z7 and Ex1. Im wondering if anyone has experience with the folowng issues

Rolling shutter- I'm not so concerned about the issues with flash but I shoot a lot of fast moving hand held stuff often of subjects with a lot of motion. The reported "jello cam" effect s going to be a diaster for me. Has anyone had experience with this? know where I can see some test footage?

Z7- Some reports I've read suggest that there are back focus issues with the Z7, that shots in focus when zoomed all the way in, esp w/ wide apperature, loose focus when one zooms back out. Anybody encountered this problem?
