Canopus ADVC-100 vs Black Magic Intensity Pro

Hello All and Happy New Year! In tandem with a brand new year, I resolved to reduce my desktop clutter. One way to do this was to place my trusty old ADVC-100 on the eBay auction block, along with my current Intensity capture card and upgrade to Intensity Pro to handle all my capture needs. I have since read that the Canopus box handles a 200mbps transfer-more than the ADCV-300 (only 100mbps). Now I am curious as to whether I jumped the gun: How does Intensity Pro's transfer rate (of analog video) stack up to the ADVC-100? Also, does anyone know if the ADVC-100 works with Windows XP and/or Vista x64?
