HV20 vs Z1

Those are 2 shots of HV20 and Z1 for a corporate doc I am doing.
I just took the HV20 for the fun of it. But what I see is that HV20's image looks better than the Z1's which costs 5-6 times more.
Exported through Liquid at WM HD 1440x1080i.

However, if yow want to do matchmoving with rapid pans, the Z1's way better for that since it's a CCD.

Well maybe you are right but that isn't my point.
I took the HV20 just to download the Z1 HDV shootings but it seems that it can do a lot better than what it costs. But I guess this is known already.

George:

Been shooting the HV20 over the FX1 for a year now, in most situations...

As I have said in other threads before a month they have stolen from my home all of 3 cameras mics etc. Now I need a new cam for my own films as for the shows I am doing I am renting a PD150 and I have a cameraman with a V1E with me or sometimes with a SONY 200. I have been amazed from the images of EX1 but is far from realistic for me at this time. And as for the clips from A1 and V1 I saw, I can't say that they are a lot better from my stolen HV20. You can see that Z1 isn't far from it, to say the least. So I am close to an HV30 with a new Senheiser 112p (I have bought a Rode NTG2)which will cost me not more than 1500 with a wide adapter. As my previous films have played to some festivals and they have been shot with VX2K ;( and PC115 ;( and they looked fine at big screens, I guess it can't be worse with an HV30.
Just thoughts.

Actually, the file could not be found using this link. Have you removed it, or does it only stay for a week or two on vimeo?
