Studio recommendations

So here's the setup so far. My church is making the complete switch to HD. They purchased 3 HD110's not long before the 200 series units were released. We have most of the configuration we need already figured out, but do we need some kind of third party hardware to genlock the signal into a switcher, or will a component to HD-SDI switcher do that? Or, is that done on the switcher end?

They Currently have a VT4 setup, and lately it's been causing headaches.

thanks.
