EX3 & Letus Extreme rail sizing

I am in the process of picking up a Sony EX3 this week and kitting it out with among other things a Letus Extreme.

Trying to determine the sizing of the rails to get, which rail version to get or going with another rail manufacturer altogether. I would like to keep the purchase simple, if possible, and simply get a "cine bundle". I am thinking I probably need the 45cm rail version of the kit but I am guessing.

I also have a Sony Z1U that may see the Letus from time to time.

If you believe I am misguided in getting a "one stop" cine bundle please feel free to tell me. I will be using Nikon lens primarily
