MXO Creates "Warning Drop Frames"

I have been using the MXO for two months with out a problem. But now out of the blue with no changes or updates to my machine the MXO will not play a simple time line with out "Warning - Dropped Frames" box coming up. I am not on Unlimited RT, only one short sequence is open and audio is on fast.

I trashed preferences and rebooted and still get the same message only when I use the second monitor with MXO. I am using Final Cut 6.0.5 on OS X 10.5.5 and Quicktime 7.5.5 and MXO 2.1.4.05.

Has anyone else had the problem?

Well I solved the problem. I had two corrupt clips in the sequence.
