Panasonic Avchd Shooting/editing Seminar 7/24

Panasonic will be here at Birns & Sawyer on Thursday, the 24th at 6:30pm, to go over shooting and editing with their new AVCHD camcorder (3-1/4" chips). Bernie Mitchell, independent film maker, will be joined by reps from Panasonic in going over this new camera and work flows. FREE food and drink plus FREE parking here at the ArcLight. I'll take a chance that it's the HMC-150, but if not it still sounds interesting... it could be the HMC-70.

Can't be the HMC 150 if it's only got 1/4" chips...

One can always hope... ;-)

My guess is it's the HMC-70. Still, it would be interesting to see how the editing of the AVCHD files for this camera works out.
