Wireless Mic System for DVX100B

Looking for some tips on accessories. I am looking for a good sounding wireless mic system for use with this camera.

Also what about a good boom mic? BH has some recommednations..

What is the difference between some of the monopods listed on BH, I mainly need something with quick release..any suggestions?

On Ebay they have a bunch of replacement batteries for the camera for dirt cheap are those worth it or should I just buy the Panasonic one?
