Here in Belgium we also have a seller who imports and sells dvx102b types and they are actually grey market cams, physically they are exactly the same as the dvx100b series, it's just another number on it for Pana to identify in which region the camera was made.

The biggest problems you might face when buying this camera is with warranty, normally the camera will not be repaired if you buy it in Belgium by a panasonic dealer and they will refer you to the person were you bought it from. If you are lucky and if he has contacts he can get it fixed, otherwise he has to send it back to the country were he got it from in the first place to get it fixed and that can take a very long while.

Also for camera's in Belgium you get a 2 year warranty and these grey market cams only get a one year warranty.

So you need to be a bit careful here, these grey market cams are often sold here without taxes which makes them about 20% cheaper, technically they are identical to their non grey market versions but you need to consider if the price diff is worth the extra risk and time you have to wait when the cam need to be repaired.
