60p (from HVX200) > 24p normal speed

I had recorded some footage with the HVX200 at 60 frames for slow motion. Turns out I should not have. I need to play it at regular speed on a 24p timeline, what percent speed do I need to adjust it to? %200 only makes it 30p, I need it to be 24p. Or is there a conversion method? Either way I just want the best end result. Thanks :)

I could be wrong, but I believe Barry Green posted a thread about ramping speeds to match real-time settings from a VFR clip.

I'm not the smartest in math but 60/24 = 2.5. So it would seem logical to set your speed at 250% to make 60p acquired slow-motion into 24p. Make sure to turn frame blending off.

create a 720 24p timeline/project

import the 60p files into the browser

then select a 60p file, when it's selected go to the "Tools" tab, then go down and select "DVCPRO HD Frame Rate Converter"

then change it to 24p and make it a stand alone file, and viola

that should solve your problem
