She ain't pretty, but maybe it'll grow on me. I can't get anything to open, or download, from Red's site at the moment to read up on the new stuff. Oh well.

The red websites are crawling or unaccessable at this point so who knows is that info has been officially released, but in their forum there was a poll put up a while back asking forum members to vote on how much they thought scarlet would cost and Jannard (unnoticed by the poster's over there) voted for something like $5250

The info is accurate, as far as fixed or interchangeable lenses I can't tell. Keep trying to download the NAB pdf from Red's site and I get errors.

Hey, I finally got to the red.com home page. What's the 5k Epic? I admit I don't follow the Red movement fanatically, but is this a new item or does everybody but me already knows about it?

"5k Epic" sounds much more dramatic than "3k Scarlet"
