Where can I get an affordable replacement cable (roughly 18" spiral) for my Manfrotto 521 remote zoom/focus?

The part you are looking for is Manfrotto 522SCA which any Manfrotto
dealer should be able to order for you.

Just checked B&H have them in stock for $9.95 plus P&P. Hope this helps.
