Ikan 800HD Sony to Canon battery

Hi, I have a Ikan 8000HD Monitor and also an old 4.5" monitor, this last one I don't use anymore. As you might know the Ikan uses Sony batteries while this old one use the Canon battery. I would like to switch these two Battery "plates". Anyone knows if it's a simple thing to do or better yet a place to send them to do this?
