I think if you just sent them a DV PAL .mov file you should be fine. I know those DV .mov files work in both Premiere and Vegas.

Just downloaded a demo and it works in 64 bit Vista. I think he means it doesn't work in 64 bit apps. For example: it pops up in Vegas 8c but not in the 64 bit Vegas 8.1.
