how do you read the manual hours on drum

hello, newbie here. Could someone please help me out by telling me how do you read the usage hours on the drum. Thanks for your help

1) which camera do you have?

2) did you check the manual that came with your camera?

Hi John
I thought I'd post an answer, in case you hhaven't found one yet. Basically, you need to look in the menus on the LCD, and in there you'll find one that lists the various hours (I think it says "HRS METER")-sorry, I don't have the cam in front of me, but that's close I'm sure.

Whe you get in there, there are a few different parameters that are displayed. Check out this thread for info on how to interpret them

By the way--I sympathize with anyone who's had trouble finding things in the manual. It's not very user friendly, I'm afraid. Oddly organized, weird layout, not the best index, to say the least.
