Using EX1 in Media Composer V3

I have just started using Avid Media Composer V3, and was wondering what work flow people were using with it from the EX1?

Can you use DNxHD with the mxf files created by clip browser?

Any tips are much appreciated.

absolutely. just drag the .mov file from the clip browser window into a bin. be sure you set your import preference in "settings"
