DIY Backseat mounts for HV30?

Hi there,

I'm supposed to do a music video shoot this weekend and the band wanted to have a long one-take shot from the backseat of the car.

Now then, I have the wide-angle lens to at least add some room to the car, but I was concerned with finding the best way to strap down the camera to the top of the backseat without causing too much damage to the car (or camera of course!) Because of time and money issues, I'd rather just make one myself that could up be to the task.

Anyone in a similar bind have any suggestions? The car, for what it's worth, is a Yaris.

How about a suction cup mount on the inside on the rear window. I have a cheap one made by Cullman and it works like a charm.
