Ok, I am about to take the plunge and pickup a couple of tapeless units to use with my Sony FX1's. As I'm tired of wasting time capturing tape.

What units will work with both Sony Vegas (which most will), as well as FCP (which I know ther are issues with the mt2 stream and FCP)?

I am currently working in Sony Vegas, but am migrating to work in FCP in the near future.

I know that many haven't reported issue with tapeless units and Sony Vegas.

But I also know that there are issues (even with the Sony plugin) with using FCP and tapeless units, because of the Mt2 file structure that is recorded to it.

So I guess, my real question is what tapeless units will play best with FCP on a mAC?
