Can anybody recommend a good film school in London?

I am researching for a friend who currently has media but no direct filmmaking experience. The school should have good industry contacts, focus on the technical aspects and include an element of independent production.

Has anybody got any experience or recommendations? Is this wishlist unrealistic?

Thank you in advance,

Thomas
