Commercial use contract

We primarily shoot wedding videos and have a comprehensive contract. We have been asked to quote for a commercial shoot for a local company.
Has anyone got a contract they use for commercial shoots which you could send me please (email or pm) to get a few ideas and possibly to amend to suit our company.

Thanks in advance.
