hello
im in portsmouth, my names simon.
im 28, an adult trainee electrician.
i went to portsmouth uni for about a year to study access film and video.
i want to get involved in film making and editing and all that stuff.
i havent really done much before with digital stuff. anybody know of any clubs that do this sort of thing

'Right, mush!

I grew up in Farlington. When I'm back in the UK, I often drive up to the top of Portsdown Hill and sit there for a while. Taken for granted, it's quite a rare view.

Welcome Simon & fellow Pomponians - I was born a stones throw from Fratton Park but I've since emigrated to Titchfield via Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (long story).

I know there is a Film and Video club in Pompey cos I've seen their poster in St Peters Theatre (Somerstown) and spoke to one of their members - but I'm not sure where they meet - will try & find out.
