Ricky Leone

Hey, how's it going?

My name's Ricky Leone (obviously, <---), I'm 20 and I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hmm... what sparked my interest in video editing? Well, I'm not a video editor per se, I'm more of an actor actually. I tried to produce an online series to solely to enhance my acting ability and promote my website from a few years ago.

The show was poorly edited, but I still get a laugh every time I watch it on YouTube, and I've got nothing but positive reviews on it. Being that I didn't know any editors, I kinda had to jump in the deep-end myself and edit the series through Windows Movie Maker, lol (long story, tried everything, Movie Maker is the only program that edits DVD converted files!).

The webisode involved me and my buddies going to crazy places (amusement parks, ski resorts, the cemetary on Halloween, malls, parks, downtown Toronto, etc). So now, a few years later, I just have a general interest in film/TV production/directing/editing/etc. in hopes to be involved in the entertainment industry in some capacity one day, and I hope to meet some of you who will go on to do amazing things in the "business".
