Libecs & GlideCams

Hello all,
I am new to the forum so forgive me if this has been asked or it is in the wrong place. Within the next week I am going to be purchasing a Libec Ls38. For my current set up it is a bit over kill (DVX100B). But I plan on expanding in the future and would like the tripod to stick with me. Well my question is, I found the Libec Ls38 on Texas Tape Works for quite a bit cheaper then the competition and I was just wondering if anyone has worked with them in the past and if they are legit?

Also in the near future I plan on getting a GlideCam 2000 Pro and I was wondering if anyone here has had the chance to use one and has any feedback on it.

Thanks in advance,
-Joe
