Snow Part Two - In-camera BW

I also shot some black and white footage using an in-camera preset I created (in the preset section of this site):

Steven,
I Love your B&W preset - I use it quite often with the XLH1
Thanks!

As soon as it started to play I remembered that I had played your material on my HDTV before using my AVeL Linkplayer.

You have an encoding problem at 1:13 or so. But other than that, this is really a very nice piece. I love your sense of style. It suits my taste in art quite well.

WOW! Beautiful stuff!! made me want some hot chocolate for sure. The music was beautiful...was this original music created for "snow"? or pulled from another source?

Hi Steven.
This was a beautiful piece of art.
Black & White can, after all, be very colorful.
The music in your videos always gives it the extra pitch :)
There was something wrong with the video though, around 1.13 - 1.16 ?

Was this filmed with the Standard 20x lens?

I just picked up my camera yesterday and have loaded the presets and will be starting to get to grips with it, but loved the depth of field and wondered if a different lens was being used.

Thanks
Martin

Thanks again everyone. This was shot using the stock 20x lens, nothing additional. I just zoomed in for the narrow depth of field effect.

Geir, thank you for your comments. There is a compression error in the film...that's what you are seeing. I need to upload a version that doesn't have that problem...haven't had a chance.

I replaced the file so the glitch should be gone now.

Looks amazing. I'm going to have to use your B&W preset the next time I shoot black and white.
