The ability to view and select different clips with an on deck lcd. Timecode read out and all the control buttons on the front. (Play, Pause, Record, Rewind, Fast Forward, etc)
The ability to put in more than one CF Card, 3-4 would be nice.
The ability to work with other formats from other brands that shoot on CF cards.
Professional outputs on the back in at least one model to go to production monitors.
Those are a few of the things that would really work well with a CF deck. There are probably a few other things that I could think of if I had more time.
