Video only on the live firewire preview output. Preview audio goes out through the PC's sound card. This is probably a no-go.
Hopefully a menu-based disc from DVDA is going to work for you. If you need to take a step back, try looking at Volume 1 #7 & 8 of
Edward Troxel's excellent newsletters. Good basics on DVDA there...
