Interesting Gadget from Hoodman

This looks like a very useful support for those who do a lot of handheld and like me can get wrist strain.....

Looks great for smaller camcorders, though I wonder how it would work on an XL2. Doesn't look like the mount would adjust far enough forward for the fore grip.
