Combining multiple projects for demo

I am trying to put together a demo of various weddings I have shot. What I would like to do is have a demo that has my best footage of 5 different projects. How can I bring the clips in? I have started with one of the projects and have it down to the clips I want. Then I have tried to go to a 2nd project and copy some of the edited clips I had done (some single clips and some multi-cammed clips). This isn't working. I get an error message everytime I try to copy and paste from project to project. Is there another way to do this?

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

[copy and paste from project to project]

Are you saying that .prproj past to another edit finished project that you have been done? Have you save any final video files? I usually backup into mpg2 format. When I used again I will recall them and edit some great shots :)

I suggest exporting the desired part of the sequence from each project and combine them all in a new sequence. Or, if you are brave, you could try importing every project into one new one and work from there.
