Please Help...

I have Premiere Pro CS3 and a Canon XH A1, which I highly recommend by the way.

I shot a project in 24F HDV.

I'm supposed to use 1080i.

After installing the 3.1 patch, it still gives me this:

During setup:

1080p will give me 24fps, 30fps...

1080i only gives me 25fps & 30fps -

But, I shot it in 24fps.

What can I do? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

You are supposed to edit at 24F mode footage at 24fps PROGRESSIVE. There is no 24i standard. Internally the Canon HDV Camcorders capture 48i, but it is definitely meant to be edited at 24p.
