Windows 2000 can't see deck
 
I am running windows 2000 and premiere 6.5. I can not get a connection useing a panasonic dv2000 mini dv deck or a dvx100a. At this point I think it's a software issue since I have also tried to capture on two seperate computers and I believe the firewire cable that I'm useing is good.

Are all the computers running Win2K?

Do you have SP4 and DirectX 9.0c installed?

I have direct x 9.0b and sp4. Both machines are w2k
