Adobe Encore CS3 Settings?

In premiere CS 3 i'm going to use, for the first time, Export to Encore so I can burn it on a DVD, now a screen pops up asking me what quality it should be? Under the setting costum, what settings should I choose? I'll save it as a preset after this.

Filters => noise reduction, not needed.

Video => it uses MainConcept MPEG Video as standard
- Quality, 5?
- Pal project ( I live in Europe, 25 frames, lower field first, widescreen, all no big deal )
- Bitrate & GOP settings => I have no clue what so ever what settings it should be

What does the Multiplexing do?

Thanks in advance!
